It's been a long time since I last wrote about Scripture memory. I have continued memorizing and am currently on Revelation 14.
A small handful of people are joining me. It doesn't matter how much or how fast you memorize--just get started!
My sister-in-law is one of those who began last year. She uses a unique and helpful tool to memorize. She purchased an inexpensive digital recorder. These items are compact and easily fit into a purse or sit on the dashboard of your car.
She records herself saying her verses, then plays it back to review.
It is amazing to me how much the passage I am memorizing becomes applicable in day-to-day events or things I hear in the news (obviously Revelation is "current events")!
